Aigerim Zhanabayeva was born in Kazakhstan and studied in Russia and the US. In 2005 she had an opportunity for a Human Resources internship with KHS in Harrisburg, PA. Following that, she has spent 20 years in HR including 15 years in Compensation and Benefits (within EY, AirAstana, Thunderbird).  Her interests are in Compensation and Benefits, neurobiology, internet marketing, and figure skating.
