Threading the Needle: From Values to SRV: The Third Annual 2023 All India SRV Leadership Alliance Summit

TBD

At long last, SRV leaders from across India will gather together in person for the first time since our 2019 Summit to strengthen ourselves and each other, to envision ways to bring the powerful ideas we share forward, and to build our change movement. We will rely on our gathered group with our experience, passion, and sense of community to set direction for the upcoming few years. For practical reasons, we are unable to bring all AISRV members together, but are inviting some leaders to be a part of this gathering, and together will find ways to include everyone.

Frontiers of Inclusive Practice: Integrated Studies at Millersville University

Chemistry Auditorium, Faculty Block E Goa University Campus, Taleigao

The college or university years for any young person is a powerful time of seasoning, maturation, growth, and networking, serving as a bridge to a successful career and productive life. Across the world, students with intellectual and developmental disabilities have been excluded from higher education and often from mainstream, typical schools. Dr. Thomas Neuville will discuss the program's founding, successful inclusive education principles, adapting materials, credentials, testing, overcoming faculty resistance, and working with students and families.
