This retreat constitutes one of a series of four two-day retreats. Participants of this reflective retreat are welcome and encouraged to spend the night at the center. The retreat series may be attended individually or as part of a sequential set.

Ghost Boy chronicles the life of Martin Pistorius, who lived with “locked-in syndrome” for over 12 years, a condition which left him unable to communicate or move. While those around him believed him to also be unconscious, Martin remained fully aware of the enduring indignities and horrific abuse he was subjected to during this time.
