Keystone Human Services Announces Gregory N. Wellems as New Executive Director of Intellectual Disability Services

Wellems has joined the organization as Executive Director of Intellectual Disability Services in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Gregory Wellems brings with him a wealth of experience in designing, developing, and managing community-based supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Colorado, and is recognized nationally as a leader in incorporating technology in supports for people with cognitive disabilities.
