Michele Chang, Esq.

Michele Chang, Esq. serves as Keystone Human Services’ Vice President Legal Affairs. She is an attorney who joined KHS in 2018 and brings over 25 years of experience in the health care and human services sectors, with expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management and contracting.

Responsible for providing legal support and oversight so that the organization operates within the framework of the law, she is committed to the people accepting services through KHS and service excellence. In her role, she ensures that KHS continues to navigate the complex legal landscape with expertise and diligence.

Michele received her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her master’s in healthcare administration from Saint Louis University and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
