Douglas Callenberger is the Director of Sales for Highmark across Eastern Pennsylvania. Doug has over 25 years of sales and client management leadership experience in the employee benefits industry.
Doug is a strong believer of servant leadership. He has served on various committees and boards, most recently as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation (CAEDC) from 2012-2018. He now serves CAEDC as Immediate Past Chair. In addition to the Keystone Partnership Board, Doug also serves on the Harrisburg Chamber Board of Directors.
As a Keystone Partnership Board Member for 5 years, Doug respects Keystone’s commitment to its mission of creating inclusive communities where everyone has opportunities to thrive.
Doug graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy and Administration. He has supported Penn State and his degree program throughout his career, serving as a guest lecturer in Health Policy and Insurance classes as well as serving on the Board of Directors of the College of Health Human Development.
