Lindsay Lebo

As Vice President of Corporate Compliance and Integrity and Chief Compliance Officer, Lindsay Lebo oversees the KHS compliance program, focusing on detecting and preventing any violations of law, regulation, and/or policy. This role includes direct oversight of regulatory interpretations, auditing and monitoring, compliance investigations, licensing performance, and developing organizational plans of correction to ensure the organization’s compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations, in alignment with its strategic and tactical plans.

Lindsay joined Keystone Human Services (KHS) in March 2016 as a Compliance Manager, becoming the Director of Compliance in October 2017.

Before her employment with KHS, Lindsay spent eight years with Drayer Physical Therapy as a Compliance Specialist, where she managed auditing and monitoring of outpatient physical therapy clinics. Her responsibilities included overseeing physical site compliance, OSHA compliance, billing, and documentation standards, as well as monitoring incident reports and implementing quality improvement initiatives across several states on the east coast.

Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from West Chester University. She is a member of the Health Care Compliance Association, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Institute for Internal Auditors, and the National Association for Regulatory Administration. Lindsay holds her Certification in Health Care Compliance (CHC) and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). She is certified to conduct investigations in several states and has presented at National Conferences on conducting comprehensive compliance investigations. Lindsay is actively involved in community through serving on her hometown’s fair pageant committee and her church missions committee. She is a soccer coach for travel and youth soccer at DASC and is the acting Treasurer for the Dillsburg VFW Auxiliary Post 6771. Lindsay is also a puppy raiser for Susquehanna Service Dogs and raised SSD Chamomile, who was placed with a companion family in September 2024.
