Michele Keogh

Michele Keogh is a Workforce Development Leader at the Pennsylvania Department of the Auditor General with over 15 years of progressive career coaching, training facilitation, and talent acquisition experience spanning domestic and international markets. Originally from Harrisburg, PA, Michele’s international efforts begin at the University of Pittsburgh where she was selected for undergraduate field research in Bolivia.

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Rhetoric, Michele moved to Dublin, Ireland, and commenced a 15-year business development and training career with a global fintech firm. Having the fortune to travel throughout Europe, Australia, Asia and India, Michele landed back in Pennsylvania in 2016 where she continues a career in Workforce Development with a focus on nurturing employee performance and career advancement.

Michele has been a Keystone Board member since 2017, serving on the Boards of Keystone Human Services and the Keystone Membership. She is motivated by the people that Keystone supports and encouraged every day by Keystone’s employees who are working to create a world where everyone is included and valued.
