Oleg Bezrucico

Oleg Bezrucico is a Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) expert, as well as a DACUM Master trainer and senior expert in assessment instruments, development certified by Ohio State University in 2009, with a strong background of experience in teaching and implementation of projects related to reform of TVET systems. He specializes in establishing linkages between the labor market and training providers through developing occupational standards, outcome-based curricula, and skills assessments. Oleg also has broad experience as an international consultant providing consultancy services and delivering trainings in Moldova, Ukraine, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Myanmar, and Honduras.

He has served on the Keystone Moldova Board of Directors for over 15 years and has established close relationships with representatives from Keystone Human Services International and other organizations who visit Moldova. He is a native Romanian/Moldovan and Russian language speaker who is fluent in English, has a good command of the Ukrainian language, and has basic knowledge of German.
