Soren is currently retired, after spending a working lifetime in Public Service: 32 years in Public Education – first as a History teacher, then as the Supervisor of Humanities, then as a Vice Principal and finally Principal of the Sayreville Middle School before retiring after 10 years in that position.

Soren then embarked on a 21-year second career in the service of people with intellectual disabilities, assisting the Business Manager as the Business Office Manager in a State of New Jersey facility. In his daily work experience, he was directly involved in processing of various parts of the supply ordering and payment process, facility quality assurance, fiscal and fixed asset management, and environmental enhancement.

Soren is pleased to be a part of a fine organization like Partnerships for People and Keystone Human Services through the work of the Board of Directors for the past eight years. He has been active on the Partnerships for People Board of Directors Quality Assurance Committee.
